Follow the link to download the plug-in, on that page full of code (wait until it's done loading), click File menu top left corner in Firefox, then Save as or Save page as. Save it on your HD with the .xpi extension, and then go in File menu again and choose Open file, and open the file you just saved... it should then prompt you to install it.
